Some days ago GFS/COLA was showing a cyclone in Arabian Sea so what happened to that because Latest pic is showing no cyclone or depression in Arabian Sea.The reason is, there is a high pressure over southern Afghanistan extending to Saudi Arabia and dry winds from Arabian peninsula are hovering Northern Arabian Sea more further MJO is not playing its role, these all problems are reducing the chances of Tropical formation in the Arabian Sea.
Still there are much chances of tropical activity in northern Arabian sea but if anything forms than it will weaken or dissipate during it's westward tilt.
Still it's a LONG RANGE FORECAST we have to wait at least for 16th September for final update.
